The excellent quality raw material is selected to produce all our electric sprayers, including the environmentally friendly ABS to produce the sprayer and the HDPE to produce the bottle.
We source PCB board, pump, lithium battery, USB cable, and rubber handle from the well-known brand supplier to ensure that our products meet strict quality standards.
Before bulk production starts, a pre-production sample will be made for our customer's approval for each order, including the bottle and sprayer color, logo color and size, replacement, color box and instruction manual, etc.
Once the pre-production sample is approved, we will start the injection and blowing process. We have an advanced injection machine named Haitian, which is very famous worldwide. Our experienced worker manages our whole injection process to ensure the smooth production and quality of the finished bottle.
Our production department monitors the whole production process from raw material to finished product, including checking the quality of PCB, pump and lithium battery before assembling all parts.
We will start assembling after all components are tested. Each
electric sprayer will be inspected to see if it can work well, then it will be packed according to the customer's requirements.
Until all the goods are finished and packed, our QC will get some from each carton to inspect the product; if passed, it will be allowed to be shipped; if not, the goods will need to be improved until it meets our quality standard.
